Selected Nero d'Avola grapes undergo a long and slow fermentation in stainless steel. The wine is then bottled and it rests for 3-4 months before being released. 

Deep-ruby red colour, spicy bouquet with nuances of ripe blackberry. Dry, harmonious taste with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Very versatile, it's an ideal match for roast meat, game, seasoned cheeses, as well as pork dishes, salami, pasta with tomato sauces. Serve at room temperature.
