Greco grape; tuffaceous soil in the heart of the Greco di Tufo denomination area. Very slow, cool fermentation. Intense straw yellow colour, fruity aromas of apricot, white flesh pear, pineapple and citrus. Dry, yet silky palate, with a delicate and perfectly balanced minerality; fresh and very long.
Perfect with seafood, mussels, sautè and herb cheese.
