The wine is made with soft pressing, must clarification by natural sedimentation, temperature controlled fermentation (20C°), maturation in stainless steel. Pale yellow, aromatic on the nose, lightly reminiscent of Muscat, fresh, fine acidity, slender, elegant and well defined. Serving temperature 10-11°C.
Goes best with prawn cocktail, seafood, lobster, as aperitif.
