100% Primitivo grape. Hand harvest of the very mature grape is followed by an aging in steel barrels, and French oak afterwards. Intense ruby colour with hints of purple, sumptuous scent of roses and the typical black berries. Soft and enveloping in the mouth, with hints of spices elegantly blended, supported by an extraordinary freshness with mature tannins.
Excellent partner of all kinds of meat, but also aged cheeses. Serving temperature 18-20°.
