SurSur is characterized by a bouquet of wild herb notes, especially chamomile, combined with sweet aromas of white flesh fruit. The palate is smooth and offers a perfect harmony between the aroma and taste.
It matches perfectly with seafood appetizers, vegetarian first courses and roast fish. Serve in tulip glasses of medium size and height, it can be uncorked at time of serving, excellent at 9–11°C.
