MY ORDERS:

Can I cancel an order?
Maybe, if it has not been dispatched from the warehouse. After your order is placed, it will immediately be prepared for dispatch. If you need to cancel or amend your order, please give us a call on 04 569 2864, send us an email at info@cangrande.co.nz or contact us on Facebook as soon as possible and we'll do our best to fulfill your request.

How long does the standard shipping take?
Two to three days. Delivery anywhere in the North Island is usually overnight if your order is placed by 3 pm; South Island deliveries takes two or three days, depending on distance and road conditions.

Can I choose an express shipping?
It is almost impossible to ship any faster, however, give us a call (04 569 2864) if you need an urgent delivery. If you live in Wellington, we might be able to get your order to the destination on the same day.

 

MY PRODUCTS:

What happens if I find a broken product in my package?
If a bottle is broken or damaged, send us a picture via Facebook or email within 48 hours and we will refund it, or replace it without charge.

What if my product is faulty?
If your bottle is corked, oxidised or faulty in any other way, contact us and we will refund it, or replace it without charge. We will need the faulty bottle back to complete the exchange, so please make sure you hold on to it.

 

GENERAL QUESTIONS:

Can I buy and send a gift to someone else from the website?
Yes, as long as the recipient is also 18 years or older. Just let us know in the Delivery instructions and we will make sure we do not include an invoice in the box.

Can I buy from overseas?
Yes, as long as the delivery is within New Zealand. 

The product I want is sold out. How do I know if or when it will be back in stock?
Every product in our shop is seasonal, therefore subject to availability. Our selection is constantly updated, so there may be products leaving the shop permanently. However, in that case, they will be removed from our online shop too. So if it is still online, it is definitely coming back.

Do you have a wholesale department?
Yes, if you need to purchase Il Doge's wines for business purposes, please contact our sales department on info@cangrande.co.nz or by phone on 021 996808.

Can you cater for events or private functions?
We are always delighted to have our wines participating in any sort of events; please contact us by phone or email to discuss options.
