Fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks with temperature control (approx. 20°C), followed by maturation on the fine lees in large oak barriques, including malolactic fermentation and maturation on the finelees. The wine is then assembled in spring.

Elegant and ripe on the nose, very fullbodied and wellknit, lightly smokey in aroma, long and rich on the finish. Its richness combined with elegance and balance make it a very attractive wine.

100% Pinot Grigio from the ‘Castel Ringberg' estate, fermented in stainless-steel with a portion in large oak to 13.5% alc. Bright, full straw-yellow colour with lemon-gold hues. This has a soft, broad nose of ripe yellow stonefruits with rich florals and a little honeysuckle, and buttery MLF notes. Dry to taste, yellow stonefruit, ripe pear and tropical fruit flavours fill the mouth along with butterscotch MLF elements. This is soft, broad and mouthfilling, but has good depth and a rich core, the acidity in the background. The flavours flow smoothly and carry through to a lively, crisp finish. This is a soft, mouthfilling Pinot Grigio with pear, honeysuckle and buttery flavours. Match with poultry and pork over the next 3+ years.
